DELIVERY SERVICES
Please note that orders placed online after 2.00 pm on Thursday will arrive the following Monday, subject to product availability and clearance of payment.
Orders placed before a Bank Holiday weekend will be delivered two days after the Bank Holiday.
CLICK & COLLECT
All Click & Collect orders placed before 2.00 pm will be available for collection from our Exmouth Market store from 3.00pm the next working day, collection must be within 7 days.
To protect you against fraud, proof of order, photo ID and the card used for payment will be required, and collection will be signed for.
In case of third party collection we require an email confirming details from the customer, a copy of the order confirmation and photo ID. Any orders over the value of £500 will need to be collected by the cardholder with photo ID.

Couriers within London are available Monday - Friday. Please contact us for a quote.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders are exclusive of VAT, therefore the VAT (20%) will be removed for your order total at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In Store purchases
In store we are pleased to offer an exchange or credit note on unsuitable goods. However we do not offer a refund.
This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Unsuitable items must be returned within 28 days in saleable condition and accompanied by proof of purchase and in their original packaging.
Online purchases
Online purchases are entitled to a full refund, exchange, or e-credit note within 28 days.
Just fill out the return form included included with your delivery and post back to us for a refund or credit note.
Returned jewellery must be in perfect condition and please include all packaging.
We do not reimburse postage costs or duty charges.
We cannot take responsibility for items until they reach us and suggest you use a tracked service like Royal Mail Special Delivery.
