Our Physical Gift Cards are wrapped in an EC One branded box and posted out with a message of your choice.

Gift Cards are valid for 24 months and can be used in-store and online.

Free UK delivery is available on all orders. We dispatch your order using Royal Mail Special Delivery service in 1-2 working days.

All pieces are eligible to be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition.
Bespoke items or pieces altered to a specific customer request are non-refundable.
