The ceremony, held at the Grosvenor House, brought together the best in the industry, so to be recognised in this way really does mean a great deal to us. The first award of the evening was Bespoke Jewellery Retailer of the Year, and honestly, we were so surprised. We were up against some fantastic businesses. The win felt like a real recognition of the work we've been doing in our Exmouth Market workshop since the beginning. Whether we're giving a much-loved family heirloom a new lease of life or creating something completely fresh, our bespoke work sits at the heart of what we do, made possible by the incredible skilled people we're lucky to work with every day.

Later in the evening, we were equally surprised and thrilled to be awarded again, this time Responsible Jewellery Business of the Year. As a B Corp certified business, sustainability and ethics have always been part of how we work. If you've followed our journey, you'll know we care deeply about sourcing materials we can trace, making everything by hand in-house, supporting small makers and thinking carefully about our impact. We're always learning and trying to improve, but after 27 years, this award felt like a genuine moment of affirmation.We're incredibly proud of our brilliant team and so grateful to you, our customers, for supporting independent makers and choosing pieces that reflect not just your style but your values too.
