It's the long weekend so here are a few things we'll be doing in case you need a little inspo.
We hope you have a great one!
Lots of love,
Out & About...
On a weekend off work, there’s nothing better than blowing away the cobwebs with an invigorating beach walk.
As one of the best views along the South Downs, I love the coastline of Beachy head and neighbouring Birling Gap. There are many great walks along this stretch of landscape, the more gentile walk along the meandering Cuckmere river down to the beach or, for those up for a challenge, walk the seven sisters cliffs….just remember you have to walk the seven back again! You can walk back along the foot of the cliffs, but be careful of the incoming tide.
The dramatic beauty of this heritage coastline I always find a treat regardless of the weather. The countryside rolls into beach making the views incredible whichever path you take. I recently discovered the walk from Cuckmere up to Seaford head which gives you a breath taking view of the chalk cliffs and the iconic coastguard cottages.

Close to Home...
We love our community on Exmouth Market but we have a soft spot for our neighbour Cafe Kick. They are definitely worth a visit for their re-vamped fresh daily menus (breakfast, lunch and evening) not to mention the cocktails and beers (we could go on). Oh and not forgetting that Gareth and Mirja are the best hosts!
Small Changes...
Like you we're always looking for simple ways to reduce our impact on the environment. So this week we changed our search engine to OceanHero. OceanHero raise money from advertisers to fund the removal of plastics from the oceans.
This Week...
...we're all about Line of Duty.
And yes, we do all have Line of Duty mugs at work!
So on Sunday it's phones off the hook as we watch the season finale - eek!
