Ada Hodgson
From her Melbourne studio Ada creates pieces in her signature style which are inspired by verdant natural beauty and graft the classical with the contemporary. In particular Ada is captivated by gardens: secret ones, imaginary ones, overgrown ones. The spaces where the natural world meets the fabricated. She loves the romantic mystery of a contemplative green space where a little lush disorder is not such a bad thing.
Ada is committed to using ethically and sustainably sourced fine materials including recycled metals and gemstones mined and cut in her native Australia.

EC One designs and creates engagement rings, wedding rings and eternity bands in it's onsite London workshop. We use recycled gold and platinum, ethically sourced gemstones and conflict free diamonds.
We understand that choosing an engagement ring is such a special thing so whether it is from the shelf, made in our workshop or created by one of our guest designers, it is really important to us that not only is it beautiful but also that it's creation has minimal impact on our planet.

As the co-chair of the CFDA Sustainability Committee, and as an advisory board member to Lexus/CFDA Fashion Positive and Nest, Melissa continues not only to push the perceptions of precious, but also those of manufacturing processes in the fashion and jewelry worlds.
