The Shaun Leane ethos was born at the bench in London’s renowned jewellery heartland, Hatton Garden. From the age of 15 Shaun Leane apprenticed in the finest techniques of traditional craftsmanship. Training in the art of high end diamond jewellery mounting and antique restoration in an environment where skill was paramount and perfection was the only acceptable standard. Shaun Leane won much acclaim for his work with the late Alexander McQueen, collaborating to create bold sculptural metal work for McQueen’s catwalk collections. Renowned for his darkly romantic designs Shaun Leane’s work has been described by Sotheby’s London as “antiques of the future”. The signature "Tusk" aesthetic born from an early collaboration with Alexander McQueen continues to echo through Shaun Leane's Silver and Gold-plated jewellery collections.
