• If you place your order online or over the telephone before 1pm, your jewellery will arrive the next day (Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays) by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
• Delivery time is subject to product availability and clearance of payment.
• Orders placed before 1pm on Friday will be delivered on Saturday.
• If you place your order on Friday after 1pm, it will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
• Parcels will need to be signed for in person, so please state a delivery address, where you will be present at the time of delivery (home or work). In the event that no-one is available to receive your item a card will be left providing you with the option to have the item delivered at a later date or to collect your parcel from your local collection depot
London Courier Same Day Service
• We offer a same day delivery service to London postal codes via courier for a delivery charge of £20 • Orders must be received and payment cleared by 2pm for London Same Day delivery • We will dispatch London Same Day orders as a priority
Overseas Orders
• Delivery overseas costs £9 to Europe, £14 everywhere else • The transaction is taken in pounds sterling • Overseas deliveries will arrive within 1-3 working days in Europe and the US, or within 1-7 working days for the rest of the world. • Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT. Therefore,VAT (17.5%) will be removed from your order at checkout
Return or Exchange An Item
It is possible for you to exchange an item in one of our stores. Please bring along your printed packing receipt within 28 days for exchange or credit note. If you would like to return an item a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be requested from econe within 7 days of receipt. Please write this number clearly on the outside package. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own
protection. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any
items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
