EC One workshop

At our Clerkenwell workshop, the EC One design team makes its own collections for the shops and works on bespoke orders.

In Silver, we have the contemporary 'Samuri' collection - sleek, linear, minimalist and the contrasting 'Carnival' collection - letters and numbers of your choice in a decorative old fashioned style.

Working in White Gold, Yellow Gold and Platinum, our designers take commissions for special pieces. We will listen, guide and advise you through a consultation process at one of stores. Choose from elegant modern and vintage styles, in diamonds, semi and precious stones. Whether an engagement ring, matching wedding band or a colourful cocktail piece for a special occasion, bring your ideas in and we will help create your dream piece. Adore Hawaii

Adore Hawaii represents a new direction for Hawaii based French designer Asia Leong. For years recognized
in Paris, New York, London and other fashion centers for her elegant creations, Leong established Adore Hawaii with two purposes in mind: to celebrate the bond between mother and child, and to pay homage to the Hawaii island. The simple yet chic style of the pieces arose from jewellery made for her own daughter.
They are made for the island lifestyle, playful enough to be worn at the beach, while appropriate as a treasured keepsake.

Alex Monroe

Alex Monroe was established in 1987, when Alex set up a little studio in South London to design and make jewellery. Now, demand for Alex’s jewellery is worldwide and ever increasing, the simple beauty of nature is always inspiring to Alex, and his love for wildlife and the great outdoors is apparent throughout his collections.

Alex’s signature look is delicacy and detail always with a sense of English-ness.

Alexis Bittar

Alexis Bittar's business career started when he was just a teenager, selling flowers on his Brooklyn street corner. Today his work is an unusual combination of colour and light reflection in hand-sculpted Lucite, made exclusively in his New York studios.

Acknowledgment from the art and fashion world alike has propelled Alexis Bittar to the forefront of the jewellery scene. Today his collections are regularly featured in the press, and can be spotted in hit TV shows such as Sex & The City and Ugly Betty.

Amanda Coleman

Amanda’s love of the natural world, all things miniature and the peculiarities of everyday life is the inspiration for her jewellery designs.

Featuring fairies, cupcakes, tiny flowers and creatures great and small, her jewellery is lovingly hand crafted in England using silver and semi-precious stones. Pretty details are picked out by coloured enamel detail. Lovely!

Appartement à louer

Eric Lopez and Jacques Martinet moved into the world of design and accessories after 15 years working closely with Haute Couture Companies.

Based in Paris, their company Appartement à Louer, was founded in 2001. They work hard to do everything by hand, giving them opportunity to focus on details and experience the joy of creating. The majority of their staff come from the world of Haute Couture and all are trained personally by Eric and Jacques. Typically Appartement à Louer pieces are chunky, statement pieces.

Becca

A born and bred Lancashire lass, London-based Becca has been designing and making fine and bespoke jewellery since the year 2000.

Steeped in tradition but with a contemporary twist, the jewellery evokes classic designs of yesteryear (think cameos, delicate engraving) yet is comfortable in a modern context. Working mainly in silver and gold with detail that includes enamels and tiny gemstones, Becca's jewellery is dainty, nostalgic, quirky and charming in every sense.

Beltran & Beltran

Precious 18ct white and yellow gold diamond hoop earrings made by German team Beltran & Beltran. with simple yet classic designs, including pave-set diamonds and scattered diamond styles, Beltran & Beltran chic hoops are for life. Established since 1983.

Celestine Soumah

Celestine Soumah graduated from a degree in jewellery design at Central St Martins in 2000. Since then, she has moved back home to Sweden where she has a countryside workshop open to the public. Her jewellery designs are chic and understated, and include sleek sterling silver earrings and wire-wrapped rings. Celestine explores different ways of working with metals “to create soulful and personal jewellery”.

Corinne Hamak

Corinne started out in London as an assistant for a fashion stylist and back stage at Paul & Joe fashion shows. She left the fashion industry to study jewellery, drawing inspiration from her cosmopolitan upbringing - born in France, growing up in Israel on a kibbutz with her Argentinean father and French mother.
This captivating and lively environment of her youth influenced her early sculptured collections, whilst her current collections are modified to suit the fashion consumer. Her organic style is artistic and strong, continuing with her love for integrating silver with gold and semi precious stones.

Dori Csengeri

A textile desinger by profession, Israel based Dori Csengeri, brings textiles into jewellery design through the use of silk, glass, leather, beads and stones.

Dori's collections bring haute couture creations alongside a refined ready-to-wear selection. Inset with cabochons, fine stones, crystals, bohemian beads, shell, wood or metal, leather backed for comfort and surprisingly light to wear. Her creations are presented worldwide and regularly feature in leading fashion and lifestlye magazines.

Fiona Paxton

Loved by the fashion pack and perfect for adding instant glamour, Fiona Paxton's intricately beaded designs are top of many wishlists!

Inspired by the traditional embroidery crafts of India, Fiona's designs are hand embroidered using ancient beadwork techniques. Fiona lives and works in East London.

Helena Rohner

Helena combines silver with other materials like porcelain or wood in her modern Hispanic collections. Her jewellery draws inspiration from the magic of Florence, the vitality of London and the luminosity of Madrid, where she is based.

Helene Turbe

The main source of inspiration for Helene Turbe’s work comes from religious icons; she is fascinated by the peace and beauty which emanates from them.
’I hope to think that my pieces tell a story, evoke the same emotion to people as they evoke to me when I make them’.
Helene’s jewellery consists of both delicate chains and strong simple forms.

Henrich & Denzel

The German jewellery maker, Henrich & Denzel, is meticulous by design and works only in Yellow Gold and Platinum, with the highest quality diamonds. Independent of fashion trends, their collections are modern classics with a clear connection between material, shape, function and aesthetics. They are one of the few makers in the world who only use platinum as a white metal due to its rare purity and durability. A true reflection of the company’s philosophy. Exclusively supplied in London through EC One.

Hiroshi Kurokawa

Japanese jewellery designer based in East London. Hiroshi creates bold designs in sterling silver; necklaces, earrings and bracelets with a tough, unisex twist. Hiroshi's fashion-led jewellery uses fine silver chains and chunky clasps to create edgy elegance with an easy-to-wear toughness.

Joanna Cave

Joanna Cave designs and creates all of the jewellery collections at her Athens based studio in Greece. Inspiration comes from anything - vintage wallpaper, 1930's architecture, illustration and her natural surroundings all of which are translated to a style that is distictively hers. Joanna loves playing with the combination of silver and gold plate, oxidization, pearls, coloured threads and pebbles that are all sourced from the Greek Islands. The jewellery is a joy to wear being simple enough for the everyday and interesting enough to show character.

Jorge Morales

Spanish jeweller Jorge Morales is based in Madrid. His 'joie de vivre' is reflected in his vividly colourful necklaces which are made up of resin and glass beads. Each piece has its own individuality as they are hand-made and exclusive to ec one.

Jos

Following a 5 year apprenticeship Jos Skeates became a freeman of the Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths and went on to achieve a degree in Jewellery Design from the prestigious Central St. Martins. Here his work developed fluidity between contemporary design and traditional skills which can be seen in the beautifully crafted, vibrant Jos collections, exclusive to ec one and available in a variety of superior precious and semi precious stones.

Lena Skadegard

Lena’s collection of precious jewellery is inspired by the colours, textures and small discoveries she has made whilst travelling across the world. Amulets, religious symbols, far-reaching landscapes and local history all contribute to the production of her feminine, tactile designs.



Made using 18ct and 22ct yellow gold and an array of bright semi-precious gemstones, Lena’s jewellery is designed so each pieces is unique. No two gemstones are ever identical, their individual inclusions and shapes giving each piece of jewellery its own character. Lena describes her designs as ‘living expressions of the wearer’.

Lindsay Pearson

English designer Lindsay Pearson studied Designed Metalwork and Jewellery BA at Buckinghamshire Chilterns University before moving to London to complete MA Design by Project: Jewellery at Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design.

Influenced by victorian antiques and Englishness, the collection reflects Lindsay's vision of decorative jewellery to be beautiful, treasured and passed on.

Lola Rose

Lola Rose was created in 2000 by Nicola Gerwirtz. With a philosophy of affordable luxury, Nicola set out to create designs that make women feel wonderful, bringing colour, elegance and a smile with every purchase.

Melissa McArthur

Australian born designer Melissa made her home in London 15 years ago and completed her BA honours at Central St. Martins College of Art and Design in 1998.

McArthur’s design ethos is about versatility, modernity and minimalism. She sources colourful semi precious and precious stones all around the world, particularly in India. She creates a look that is modern, sophisticated, fresh and exciting.

Michael Milloy

Michael Milloy is a London-based fashion-led jewellery designer, working primarily in sterling silver and gold plated silver. His detailed and quirky jewellery features skulls, razor blades and playing card motifs, designed with a youthful, talismanic feel. Michael's designs are especially popular in fashion-savvy Japan.

Michelle Tuck

Michelle’s artistic background consists of interior, graphics and web design all of which feature in her work. Designed on computer and then photo-etched in semi or precious metal with soft coloured gems, there is a distinct floral theme running through her collections inspired by hanging blossoms, wisteria and vines. As a self-taught jeweller she is constantly pushing the design boundaries, amalgamating all her skills in the process and making her an exciting designer to follow.

Mira

Miranda Rashidian, an English born Goldsmiths Fine Art graduate, is based in Athens, Greece. She loves the colour, softness and weight of gold and predominantly works in 18ct yellow gold. All her pieces are produced using traditional Grecian jewellery techniques, hand finished to produce the final texture. A lot of her work is beaten, giving it another dimension, which she feels makes it more alive and organic. It also makes each piece different so no two pieces are exactly the same.

Mirri Damer

Having studied at both Chelsea College of Art and the renowned Sir John Cass school of Jewellery, Mirri Damer’s design take her historically sculptural roots and transforms them to a new, wearable scale. With a contemporary edge, her sterling silver designs include stacking rings, pendant necklaces and charm bangles. Mirri describes her jeweller as having “moving parts that jingle, tickle and sparkle, and are there to be played with”. Currently living and working in Cornwall, Mirri is inspired by the beauty she sees in her surroundings.

Mitos

EXCLUSIVE TO EC ONE!
”Mitos” is the Spanish word for “Myths” – an important notion with the South American Indians who spiritualized nature around them. To them, gold was the sweat of the sun and silver the tears of the moon. You will recognize the same fascination with nature and respect for its raw materials in Myriam Stenderup’s jewellery design, which elegantly expresses her Columbian background in a refined, light Scandinavian style.

MIX

MIX wooden necklaces are hand strung in London and available exclusively at EC One. Six new colour ways are revealed seasonly, using wooden beads and semi precious stones.

Mojo

Mojo, or appropriately meaning ‘magic pouch’ was created by Mariana Jammal Bassatne, from the dining table of her leather clad Lebanese apartment. She fell into the business of accessories accidentally when she went on a hunt for a specific clutch. When she could not find what she was looking for, she decided to design one herself. The rest is history…bangles with python and crocodile embossed skins in metallic blue, fuchsia and platinum.

Monica Vinader

Since 2002 Monica Vinader worked from her design studio in Norfolk, where each of her pieces are individually set and finished. Her pieces, largely custom cut semi precious stones, are set in Sterling Silver, plated with 24 carat Gold and 18 carat Gold. Strongly influenced by her travels, she has retained a hand made feel using a variety of colourful stones including jade, garnets and emeralds. Monica is a leading UK jewellery designer who's creative and colourful pieces are very popular with our EC One customers.

Nicholas King

Nicholas’s jewellery background has already spanned a decade. With roots designing clothes with John Galliano, Nicholas’s career moved towards jewellery design in the late 1990s. Following a position as a buyer at DKNY, Nicholas moved to Alexis Bittar where, until late, he managed the business’s development.
2009 sees Nicholas’s debut as a jewellery designer in his own right. His collection is described as “a fashion led and innovative jewellery collection representing his love of bold shapes, colour and unusual mixes of materials…”. Nicholas’s wicker and resin bangles are exclusive to EC One.

Niessing

Niessing has been manufacturing jewellery for over 130 years and is quite simply amongst the best for quality and excellence. Working in gold, platinum, steel and diamonds their combination of innovative technology and skilled craftsmanship led them to invent the tension setting which to this day is unrivalled.

One of One

Jane Peacock is the designer behind jewellery label One of One which is hugely inspired by her obsession with all of the gorgeous buttons, beads and nick knacks hidden out of reach at her nanas house.
“With the one of one label, I want to create a collectable piece that will one day become a treasured heirloom. I love that jewellery develops a story of its own as it is gifted and passed on. It takes on its own meaning, reminding the person of a special time or event, and this is what I love most about designing jewellery. I myself am a collector and hoarder of odd little keepsakes, vintage children’s books, beads, postcards and these add to the inspiration of my work”
The one of one label is produced using hand-cut paper that is layered in resin and cast in sterling silver that takes several days to complete.

Oria

London based designers Tania Kowalski and Synnove Saelthun make up the Anglo-Norwegian team behind Oria. They source the most ethically produced materials available, working in 18ct gold, and make in a socially responsible way with respect for nature.

Pebble

Pebble began as an excuse to spend lots of time exploring India and the first collections used facetted and tumbled semi-precious stones sourced throughout the country. Nine years later travels now include India, China, Africa, Thailand, and South America, expanding the collections to include metals, stones, wood, glass, coral, and amber. Other materials include ancient excavated beads and glass trade beads produced in Europe in the nineteenth century.

Traditional tribal jewellery is a big influence as is a love of natural materials and Pebble try to keep the designs as simple as possible in the belief that one cannot improve on nature.

Over the years Pebble have worked with or sold to many fashion designers including Alexander McQueen, John Galliano, Cavalli, Issey Miyake, Mathew Williamson, Emilio Pucci, Allegra Hicks, Joseph, Nicole Fahri, and Donna Karan.

Scott Wilson

Renown throughout the fashion industry for his outrageously bold and iconic creations for both catwalk and imagery Scott Wilson has established himself as one of the most modern and original jewellers of our time. Attention to detail is paramount while his designs continue to both provoke and delight.

Shourouk

After fashion studies in Paris and working in textile design for some of the biggest fashion houses, such as Chloe, John Galliano and Roberto Cavalli, Shourouk decided to create her own range of jewellery. The legacy of her Grandmother's teaching in oriental embroideries, her own love of flea markets and her contemporary fairytale vision has created a new generation of ‘Bijoux Couture’. Exclusively stocked at EC One in the UK, Shourouk will be an interesting future talent.

Stephen Webster

One of the UK's most celebrated designers, Stephen Webster has won countless awards and collaborated with many brands. His style is edgy yet elegant, playful yet precious, unique yet attainable. Once seen his style is instantly recognisable; the colourful Crystal Haze collection; the tongue-in-cheek devils, skulls and animals; the dramatic diamond thorn collection are all just a peek into his fantastical world.

Tina Lilienthal

London-based jewellery designer Tina Lilienthal is an RCA graduate, who creates cute yet edgy jewellery featuring everything from bunny rabbits to skulls and cherries. Playing with different metals and media, her jewellery is bold, fashionable but ultimately wearable.

Ungar & Ungar

Ungar & Ungar’s work is very feminine and has a slight feeling of heritage. Hungarian wife and husband team, based in London, they have been jewellery makers for 5 generations working with 18ct White and Yellow Gold, diamonds, pink and yellow sapphires

Wishes Upon Stitches

London-based designer-maker Nicole Chen is behind the exciting, exuberant jewellery of Wishes Upon Stitches. Having worked as a fashion and accessory designer and buyer in south-east Asia, Nicole has taken inspiration from Bollywood films and the colours and sights of India to create a jewellery collection said to define “kitsch to delicate luxury”. Each handmade piece is highly original, made from luminous, colourful acrylic which is laser-cut and finished with hand stitching and sequins.
