Returns & Exchanges:

To return or exchange an item please email us at customerservices@econe.co.uk or call us on +44 (0) 207 713 6185 to request a ‘Return Material Authorization’ (RMA) number within 7 days of receiving your order. In the case of Christmas gifts (which in this instant refers to items purchased in December), the return or exchange period will extend to the 28th January to allow for holidays. Please write this number clearly on the outside package. Alternatively, bring your printed packing receipt into our store for exchange or credit note.

For your own protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.
