Delivery Information

*­Please note that orders placed online or over the telephone after 1pm Friday will arrive the following Tuesday, subject to product availability and clearance of payment. Orders placed prior to a Bank Holiday weekend will be delivered two days after the Bank Holiday.

** We will dispatch London Same Day orders as a priority.

***Non-EU orders are exclusive of VAT. Therefore,VAT (20%) will be removed from your order at checkout

We can arrange Fed EX, please contact us if you would prefer this method of postage.

Orders placed online between Christmas and New Year will be posted out on the 2nd of January.

Returns & Exchanges:

To return or exchange an item please email us at customerservices@econe.co.uk or call us on +44 (0) 207 713 6185 to request a ‘Return Material Authorization’ (RMA) number within 7 days of receiving your order. Please write this number clearly on the outside package. Alternatively, bring your printed packing receipt into one of our stores for exchange or credit note.

For your own protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service. We cannot accept responsibility for postage fees or for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.

Items bought in December may be exchanged until the 28^th January to allow for holidays. If you require a refund, please contact us from the 5^th of January.
